基于协同创新的地方高校研究生培养模式研究

摘　　要：创新人才既是高校协同创新的基础,也是创新成效的体现。在新形势下,基于协同创新的地方高校研究生培养模式对于高校人才培养及地方协同创新的成效具有重大意义。本文对地方高校研究生协同创新培养的现状进行阐述,以江汉大学为例,探讨校企事业单位合作、国内外高校联合和学科交叉融合等协调创新模式,并提出完善地方高校研究生协同创新培养模式的对策与建议。Creative talents are not only the foundation of collaborative innovation in universities,but also the embodiment of innovation effectiveness. Under the new situation,the graduate training mode based on collaborative innovation is of great significance to the training of talents and local collaborative innovation in universities. The current situation of collaborative innovation training for graduates in local universities are described.By cooperating with enterprises and institutions,combining with domestic and foreign universities,and integrating interdisciplinary,graduate students are trained in Jianghan University. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the training mode of collaborative innovation in local universities.
