摘　　要：随着居民对生活环境质量的不断关注,国家对生活垃圾处理设施的监管也日趋重视,生活垃圾处理设施运营监管制度和法规的出台和完善刻不容缓。本文从国家层面、行业方面和环保督查等方面阐述了我国生活垃圾处理设施运营监管的现状,针对我国生活垃圾处理设施运营监管过程中存在的监管法规缺失、机构权责不清和监管力量薄弱等问题,提出了加快法规颁布、健全监管体系和创新监管模式等措施,并就发展趋势进行了展望。With the continuous attention of residents to the quality of living environment,the state has also paid more attention to the supervision of domestic waste treatment facilities,and the introduction and improvement of the regulatory system and regulations for the operation of domestic waste treatment facilities are urgent. This paper described the current situation of domestic waste treatment facilities operation supervision from the aspects of national level, industry and environmental protection supervision,and aiming at the lack of regulatory laws and regulations,unclear responsibilities of institutions and weak regulatory power in the process of domestic waste treatment facilities operation supervision,put forward measures of speeding up the promulgation of laws and regulations,improving the regulatory system and innovative regulatory model,and then looked forward to the development trend of domestic waste treatment facilities operation supervision.
