平湖市能源消费碳排放及趋势研判

摘　　要：平湖市是浙江省传统的工业强县,近来年,面对复杂严峻的外部环境和经济下行压力,主动适应经济发展新常态,经济总量持续扩大,经济结构持续改善。本文根据平湖市温室气体清单编制分析碳排放现状,识别主要排放源,并采用LEAP模型对未来碳排放趋势进行预测。Pinghu is a traditional industrial strong county in Zhejiang Province. Faced with downward pressures posed by volatile economic environment in recent years,Pinghu adapts to the New Norm of economic development,continues to expand its economic aggregate and improve its economic structure. Based on the compilation of greenhouse gas inventories in Pinghu,this paper analyzes the status of carbon emissions and identifies the major sources of emissions,and uses LEAP Model to analysis the trend of carbon emission.
