摘 要:使用中国健康与营养调查中的江苏省样本数据,研究该省男性和女性的收入差异以及工资差异,并测算性别歧视因素在上述性别不平等中所占的比重。首先,统计结果显示,江苏省女性的收入和工资大幅低于男性,而且动态来看,女性与男性的收入差距和工资差距呈扩大的趋势。其次,使用Heckman两步法回归表明,在控制了自选择和个人特征的基础上,男性的收入和工资平均分别比女性高15%和28%。然后,使用Oaxaca分解,发现性别收入差异中的60%以及性别工资差异中的40%是由性别歧视导致的;性别不平等的其余部分主要来自于受教育水平的差异,对女性教育投入的歧视加剧了性别不平等。最后,提出了减少性别歧视,促进江苏省性别收入和性别工资平等的政策建议。Using the sample data of Jiangsu Province from China Health and Nutrition Survey,this paper studies the income and wage differences between men and women in the province,and measures the proportion of sexist factors in the above mentioned gender inequality. First of all,the results show that the income and wages of women in Jiangsu Province are significantly lower than those of men,and dynamically,the income gap and wage gap between women and men are increasing. Secondly,the Heckman twostep regression showed that on the basis of self-selection and personal characteristics,menundefineds incomes and wages were 15%and 28% higher on average than those of women. Then,using Oaxaca decomposition,we found that 60% of the gender income difference and 40% of the gender wage difference were caused by gender discrimination; the rest of the gender inequality was mainly due to the difference in educational level. Discrimination against womenundefineds investment in education exacerbates gender inequality. Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on reducing gender discrimination and promoting gender income and gender wage equality in Jiangsu Province.
