摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校专业人才培养过程中一门重要的综合实践课程,是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要手段,但因实施时间长、地域较分散、涉及面广等特点,面临岗位数量不足、专业对口难,过程管理难、考核评价不科学、结果总结分析难等问题。本文从目标管理的角度出发,利用"互联网+"思维和技术手段,提出利用大数据技术手段解决实习岗位数量不足与专业对口难的问题;以顶岗实习平台解决管理难,实现多方评价;运用在线调查和数据自动统计与分析功能,实现顶岗实习的有效反馈,有利于推动顶岗实习工作的顺利进行并提高实习效果。The internship is an important comprehensive practical course in training professional talents in higher vocational colleges. It is an important means to train hi-quality technical skill talents. However, because of features of the long time, scattered region and wide range, it is faced with the shortage of post number, difficult professional counterpart, difficult process management and unscientific assessment and evaluation, difficnlt summary and analysis of results and so on. From the perspective of target management, using ＂Internet plus＂ thinking and technical means, this paper puts forward the use of technical means of big data to solve the insufficient number of internships and unprofessional counterparts, solves the management difficulties with the internship platform, and realizes the multi-aspect evaluation. The function of online survey and data statistics and analysis are applied to realize effective feedback of post internship, which is conducive to promoting the smooth implementation of post internship and improving the effect of internship.
