摘  要:为解决经管类实验教学评价重结果、轻过程等问题,体现实验教学的过程性和动态性,依据"课堂生态系统"思想,运用过程控制与动态反馈的方法,结合前测、中介干预、后测三阶段评价梯度设计,构建了适用于经管类实验教学的动态评价模式,该评价模式能够使评价结果更具时效性和综合性,从而更好地实现教学目标。实践结果表明,该评价模式在提升学生学习的主动性、创造性以及改进教师教学效果等方面有较明显的优势。To solve the economies and management experimental teaching evaluation result, light process problems, reflect the process and dynamics of experimental teaching, on the basis of the "eco- logical classroom system" theory, using the method of feedbaek control and dynamic process, com- bined with the pre-test and post test, intermediary intervention three stage evaluation of gradient design, we have constructed a dynamic evaluation model suitable for experimental teaching of economies and management. The evaluation model can make the evaluation results more timely and comprehen- siveness, so as to better achieve the goal of teaching. The practice results show that the evaluation model has obvious advantages in improving students' initiative, creativity and improving the teaching effect of teachers.
