摘  要:以培养医学生基础科研技能为目标,进行医学研究基础课程"生物化学与分子生物学"实验教学改革与实践。通过阶段化、系统化实验课程内容,丰富教学手段,在课程内外结合以研究应用、课题设计为导向开展综合实验,同时加强实验平台建设,将大型仪器融入实验教学,使学生更加系统地掌握了生物化学与分子生物学实验技术的应用,大大提高了学生的实际操作能力、科研思维及实践创新能力,为医学生将来在临床进行科研工作打下良好基础。In order to train the basic scientific research skills of medical students, the basic course of medical research- biochemistry and molecular biology experiment teaching reform and practice were carried out. By introducing stage, systematic experimental course, enriching the teaching methods, in- troducing the research project in the comprehensive experiment, strengthening the construction of the experimental platform, and integrating the large - scale instrument into the experimental teaching. The reform has made students more systematic grasp of biochemical technology and molecular biology exper- iment technology, at the same time greatly improve the students' practical ability, scientific research thinking and practical innovation ability. The reform will lay a good foundation for medical students to carry out scientific research in the future.
