摘　　要：根据生物化学学科发展特点及专业特色,结合学生实际情况,改变原有传统实验教学模式,根据不同的实验教学目标,建立高、中、低三个难度级别的分级式实验教学模式。新的实验教学模式以学生为主体,教师为辅,立体式综合考评制度,依据因材施教的原则进行教育教学工作,激发了学生对生物化学实验的学习兴趣,为培养具有初步科研能力与创新精神的高素质人才打下了坚实的基础。According to the characteristics and specialty development of bioehemistry, combined with the actual situation of students, we change the traditional teaching model and select the different teach- ing objectives to establish the hierarchically experimental teaching mode-high, medium and low three levels of difficulty. The new experimental teaching model takes the students as the main body, the teachers as the supplement, the comprehensive evaluation system of stereo type of education according to the principle of individualized, to stimulate the interesting of students in biochemical experiments, to cultivate the initial scientific research ability and innovative spirit.
