摘  要:面对国家政策环境变化,地方本科院校积极探索转型发展路径和模式。从转型发展的实际情况看,一些本科院校选择了竞争型发展模式,另一些则选择了生存型发展模式。通过案例分析发现,S学院最终走向了追求制度合法化的生存型发展模式,该发展模式虽然使学校获得了"适应性"生存资源,但却影响了学科专业变迁的逻辑一致性,并最终影响了学校学科优势与办学特色的培育进程。地方本科院校想要提高综合办学实力,必须找准学科增长点,选择基于专业技术的竞争型发展模式,有选择性地培育优势学科和特色专业才是转型成功的必由之路。In face of national policy environment change,the provincial colleges and universities actively explore the transformation path and mode. Concluding from the actual situation of the transformation of development,it shows that some colleges and universities chose the competitive development mode,while the others chose the survival development mode. Through a case analysis of S college transformation development,it shows that S college chose the survival development model in the end.It is a mode of pursuing the institution legalization,which can win the"adaptive"survival resources for S college,but it has affected the change of disciplines of logical consistency,and ultimately affected the process of advantages of subject cultivation and the characteristics breeding of S college. As a result,to improve the strength of comprehensive school running,the provincial universities and colleges have to choose the best academic growth point and the competitive development mode based on professional technology,selectively cultivating the advanced disciplines and characteristic specialty,which is the only way for the transformation.
