摘　　要：Valsalva视网膜病变是典型的Valsalva动作导致视网膜表浅毛细血管破裂所引起的视网膜前出血,当出血发生于黄斑前会使患者突然出现明显的视力下降。该文报道1例Valsalva视网膜病变患者,因左眼眼前黑影遮挡就诊,经检查诊断为视网膜出血,行左眼经结膜微创玻璃体切割术,术后视力恢复良好,追问病史,患者有引起腹压增高的动作,结合光学相干断层扫描检查可以确诊为Valsalva视网膜病变。该例提示掌握各种治疗方案的优势对于指导临床治疗Valsalva视网膜病变具有非常重要的意义。Valsalva retinopathy is a typical preretinal hemorrhage caused by the rupture of the superfieial capillaries of the retina during Valsalva＇s maneuver. The hemorrhage occurring in the retinal maeula can cause sudden decline in the visual acuity. In this article, we reported one ease of Valsalva retinopathy. The patient was admitted due to dark shadow in the left eye and then diagnosed with retinal hemorrhage. Subsequently, the patient underwent trans-eonjunetival mininlally invasive vitreetomy in the left eye. The visual acuity was effectively restored after surgery. After inquiring the medical history combined with optical coherence tomography, the patient was eventually diagnosed with Valsalva retinopathy. This ease prompts that understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different therapeutic options plays a pivotal role in guiding the clinical treatment of Valsalva retinopathy.
