摘 要:目前国内外对蛋白质的研究较多,对脂类深入研究甚少,神经鞘磷脂是细胞膜上比重较多的脂类,参与细胞的增殖分化,调节炎症,改变膜的流动性、结构,与许多疾病的发生发展相关。神经鞘磷脂在国外的研究,有些方面已被多数文献证实,有些方面仍存在许多争议,国内鲜有相关报道,本文就神经鞘磷脂的研究进行综述。At present, there are many research on proteins at home and abroad, but little on lipids. Sphingomyelin is a lipid with a major proportion on the cell membrane. It participates in cell proliferation and differentiation, regulates inflammation, and changes membrane fluidity and structure. Sphingomyelin is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. Overseas research on sphingomyelin has been confirmed by most literature in some aspects, but there are still many controversies in other aspects. Few reports on sphingomyelin in China, and this paper plans to review the research of sphingomyelin.
