摘  要:《制药工艺学》是制药工程专业的重要课程,开展课程实验设计对于提升《制药工艺学》教学效果较为重要。基于云南丰富的灯盏花资源,昆明理工大学生命科学与技术学院开展了《制药工艺学》教学实验-灯盏花乙素的制备工艺。本实验教学通过热回流提取、萃取、聚酰胺酚柱层析和结晶几个步骤,即可从云南特色植物-灯盏花中获得纯度较高的灯盏花乙素。实验易于操作,实验内容涵盖了原材料预处理、提取、分离纯化及干燥等课程内容。通过以上实验教学,有效地提高《制药工艺学》的教学质量。Pharmaceutical technology is the important specialized curriculum of the pharmaceutics engineering. It is more important to carry out experimental design of the course to improve the teaching efficiency of pharmaceutical technology. The resources of Erigeron breviscapus is abundant in Yunnan, Kunming University of Science and Technology, School of Life Science and Technology conducted the teaching experiments of the preparation method of scutellarin from Erigeron breviscapus. Highly purified scutellarin can be obtained from the characteristic plant-Erigeron breviscapus by reflux extraction, extraction, polyacrylamide column chromatography and crystallization. The experiment is easy to operate. The experimental content covers the course content of raw material pretreatment, extraction, separation and purification, and drying. Through the above experimental teaching, the teaching quality of pharmaceutical technology can be effectively improved.
