摘  要:教学活动是人才培养最为重要的途径,明确大学人才培养模式和教学活动之间的关系,对学校的发展和学生未来职业的选择都起着至关重要的作用。因此,本文分析了教学活动和人才培养模式二者之间的关联性,着力理清二者之间的深层关系,思考教学活动的具体内涵和实际意义,从而提高大学人才培养的教学质量。The teaching activity is the most important way to cultivate talents. The relationship between the mode of university personnel training and the teaching activities has played a crucial role in the development of the school and the choice of students' future careers. Therefore,this article analyzes the relationship between teaching activities and personnel training modes,focuses on clarifying the deep relationship between the two,and considers the specific connotations and practical significance of the teaching activities,so as to improve the teaching quality of university personnel training.
