立德树人视角下家庭经济困难大学生自我管理路径研究

摘　　要：目前的高校资助政策与体系很大程度上呈现出"资助"有余而"育人"不足的局面,这与当前高校立德树人的根本任务不相适应。高校资助育人要促进经济需求与个体需求相结合。坚持以人为本理念,倡导自我管理、自主成长,努力促进家庭经济困难学生全面发展,达到个体成长、学校育人目标的实现,真正落实立德树人的根本任务。The present funding policies and systems of universities focus more on financial aid than on educational function,which is not in line with the fundamental task of morality establishment and talent cultivation. Financial aid in colleges and universities should combine economic needs with individual demands. Therefore,we should follow the principle of putting people first,advocate self-management and self-growth,and promote the all-round development of students from poor families.Only by doing so can the goal of individual growth and university education be fully achieved,and the basic task of morality establishment and talent cultivation be truly implemented.
