摘　　要：网络课程教学实施团队是为解决电大办学中落实教学环节、提升办学质量的必然选择。本文分析了建设网络课程教学实施团队的必要性,概括了省级电大实施团队的功能和定位,重点分析了实施团队的运行机制,包括教学运行机制、考评机制和保障机制。The teaching implementation team of the network course is an inevitable choice to solve the teaching link and improve the quality of running a college. This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the network course teaching implementation team,summarizes the function and location of provincial TVU implementation team,and emphatically analyzes the operation mechanism of an implementation team,including teaching operation mechanism,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
