摘　　要：近年来,针对蕨菜单一有效成分研究的报道很多,但缺少全面、系统的总结归纳,因此,综述了蕨菜有效成分的含量、提取技术及功效的研究现状,并对其中存在的问题及前景予以浅见,为今后的研究作一参考。In recent years, there have many research reports about single effective component to Pteridium aquilinum, but there has no comprehensive and systematic summary. Therefore, in order to make a reference to the future research, this paper summarized the research status on the content effective components, extractive technique and its medicinal effects of P. aquilinum. In addition, the paper also analyzed the existing problems and prospect.
