摘　　要：目的研究EC序贯T化疗对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌保乳术后患者的疗效及Ang-2、VEGF水平的影响。方法选取Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌保乳术后患者110例,以数字法将所有患者分为观察组以及对照组,每组各55例。观察组患者实施EC序贯T化疗,对照组实施常规化疗,对比两组患者疗效及Ang-2、VEGF水平。结果治疗后观察组Ang-2以及VEGF水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶以及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶以及肌酸激酶同工酶水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EC序贯T化疗对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌保乳术后患者效果较好,能够有效调节Ang-2以及VEGF水平,降低心肌酶以及肝功能水平,提升治疗效果。Objective To study the efficacy ECsequential T chemotherapy for stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery,and its effect on the level of Ang-2 and VEGF. Methods 110 cases of stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ breast cancer after breast conserving surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with EC sequential T chemotherapy,the control group received routine chemotherapy treatment,the efficacy and Ang-2,VEGF level of the 2 groups were compared. Results The 2 groups after treatment,the observation group Ang-2 and VEGF were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group alanine transaminase,alkaline phosphatase and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase levels were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion EC sequential T chemotherapy for stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery is effective and can effectively regulate the levels of VEGF and Ang-2,reduce myocardial enzymes and liver function,improve the therapeutic effect.
