摘　　要：目的探讨重症患者使用利奈唑胺导致血小板减少症的治疗过程中的药学监护作用。方法通过重症感染患者病例,围绕该患者在治疗整个过程中遇到血小板下降及疗效的问题进行分析和干预,建议更换治疗药物。结果经过治疗患者血小板恢复正常,病情好转。结论患者治疗过程中药学监护起了积极的作用。Objective To explore the Pharmaceutical care of Linezolid in the treatment of critically ill patients with thrombocytopenia. Methods Through the case of severe infection,analyzed the patient＇s thrombocytopenia and efficacy during the whole treatment process,and suggested the replacement of therapeutic drugs. Results After treatment,the patient＇s platelet returned to normal and the condition improved. Conclusion Pharmaceutical care plays positive role in the treatment of patients.
