摘　　要：从当前农业科研所科技管理队伍存在的问题出发,结合激励机制,就如何构建规模合理、运行高效、专业精良的科技管理队伍进行探讨,旨在为基层农业科研院所的科技管理提供参考,促进科研事业健康发展。Starting from the current existing problems in the scientific research management team of agricultural institute,combined with the incentive mechanism,how to construct a scientific research management team with a reasonable scale,efficient operation,and excellent professional skills were discussed,in order to provide references for the scientific research management of grassroots agricultural institutes and promote the healthy development of scientific research career.
