摘　　要：针对舞钢公司IRIS InterpidⅡICP原子发射光谱仪频繁发生点火故障的情况,从仪器结构、点火条件和工作原理入手,深入剖析点火故障发生的原因,提出了处理方法,实现了故障快速排查。通过加强设备的日常维护保养,在有效降低设备故障率的同时提高了作业率。For the frequent flame ignition failures of IRIS Interpid Ⅱ ICP atomic emission spectrometer in Wu- gang, the paper makes detail analysis on the causes of ignition failures from the construction, ignition conditions and working principle of the instrument, raises the solution of the failures, achieving rapid troubleshooting. By enhancing routine maintenance of equipment, the failure rate of the equipment is effectively reduced and the availability is im- proved as well.
