数字减影血管造影与颅脑CT在脑梗塞患者诊治中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)与颅脑CT在脑梗塞患者诊治中的临床应用效果。方法:将广东省惠州市中心人民医院2016年5月至2017年5月期间收治的60例脑梗塞患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,其中对照组行颅脑CT检查,观察组实施DSA检测,比较两组患者的病灶检查情况、血管图像质量、神经功能缺损评分。结果:观察组直径<2 mm的脑梗死病灶检出率明显高于对照组(33.3%vs 6.7%,P<0.05);观察组颈内动脉虹吸段(1.64±0.17)分、动脉岩段评分(1.75±0.22)分明显低于对照组(2.83±0.19)分、(2.59±0.33)分,P均<0.05;治疗后观察组NIHSS明显低于对照组(14.20±1.73分vs 15.96±2.55分,P<0.05)。结论:与颅脑CT相比,DSA检测脑梗塞的准确率高,血管图像质量好,治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical application of DSA and brain CT in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from May2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group was 30 cases.The control group underwent CT scan of the brain and the patients in the observation group was performed to DSA,then the lesions,blood vessel image quality and neurological deficit scores were compared between the two groups. Results：The less than 2 mm detection rate of cerebral infarction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（33.3% vs 6.7%,P〈0.05）. In the observation group,the siphon segment（1.64±0.17）and the arterial section score（1.75±0.22）were significantly lower than in the control group（2.83±0.19）and（2.59±0.33）,both P〈0.05.After the treatment,the NIHSS scores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[（14.20±1.73）vs（15.96±2.55）,P〈0.05]. Conclusion：Compared with brain CT,the DSA has high detection accuracy,good blood vessel image quality and better clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
