西藏高校图书馆教育资源配置研究

摘　　要：高等教育资源是高校教育事业发展的保障和主要动力源泉,教育资源配置是否合理将决定教育发展的规模与速效。文章以西藏自治区7所高校图书馆为主要研究对象,通过长时间的实地调研,较为全面地掌握了7所高校图书馆目前的教育资源建设现状及各类资源配置情况。在此基础上,通过数据统计分析,指出了各个高校图书馆目前在资源建设、配置中存在的主要问题,分析导致问题的各种原因,并为高校图书馆未来的发展提出了相应的对策建议。Education resources can guarantee and maintain the healthy development of colleges education. Reasonable distribution will determine the scale and speed of education development. This paper studies the seven Tibetan college libraries as the main research object. It gained a comprehensive understanding of the current education resources in the seven collages through long-term on-the-spot investigation. Based on the data statistics and analysis, it points out main problems existing in the colleges library, and analyzes the causes of problems. Some suggestions are given in the end to solve the problems.
