摘 要:|具有超起装置的大吨位起重机增加了桅杆和拉板,起重机主臂为静不定结构。在传统解析法的基础上,建立起重机主臂的超静定模型,同时考虑主臂挠度对工作幅度的影响,建立平衡方程,并利用变形协调条件以及力与位移间的物理方程,建立变形补充方程。联立方程组求解得到桅杆及拉板的内力,进而得到主臂承受的载荷。采用隔离法对每节臂进行受力分析,兼顾不带超起的工况,修正主臂轴向欧拉临界力的计算方法,利用有限元分析方法对不带超起工况的计算精度进行验算,计算结果表明精度可以满足工程要求。基于De lphi 7.0开发轮式起重机计算软件平台,该工具能够根据给定的结构参数及材料强度,计算主臂在不同工况下的最大吊重。A mast pole and tension bar are added to a super heavy crane with a main boom in variable-static conditions. On the basis of traditional analysis super-static model has been built for the main boom,while a balance equation is formulated for the boom's deflection as affecting the operational tilt, additional equations are added including a physical equation for the deflections coordinating conditions, as well as for the force versus the displacement. By simultaneous equations for solution we get inner forces of the mast and the tension bar and further get loads on the boom. Isolation is used to analyze stresses at each of the boom sections in consideration with working conditions without super craning,and by the way revising calculation of Eular crippling stress while checking computations on without super craning through finite element analysis with satisfactory results. As based on Delphi 7.0 software platform for cranes this study can put forth max load lift of the main boom under various working conditions according to data and materials strength given.
