济南市企业创新发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：企业是科技创新和经济发展的主体,提升企业创新能力,是推动城市新旧动能接续转换和经济转型升级的根本出路。基于济南市统计局2016年规模以上工业企业、建筑业企业和服务业企业创新活动调查数据,分析当前济南市企业创新的基本特征,剖析企业创新面临的主要问题及制约因素,并进一步提出提升企业创新能力的对策建议,有助于激发企业的创新活力,全面提升企业创新水平,进一步促进济南市创新之城建设。Enterprise is technological innovation and economic development subject, promoting the enterprises＇ capability of innovation is the fundamental way out for economic transition. Based on the survey data of enterprises above designated size innovative activity from Jinan Statistics Bureau in 2016, analyze the basic characteristics of current enterprise innovation in Jinan, dissect the main problems and constraints of enterprise innovation, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, is beneficial to inspire business innovation and enhance the capability of enterprise innovation, also drive innovative city construction.
