根管消毒药物缓解乳磨牙根尖周炎临床症状的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比4种临床常用的根管消毒药物缓解乳磨牙根尖周炎临床症状的效果。方法选择根尖周炎乳磨牙160颗,随机分为四组,每组40颗,根管预备超声荡洗后,A组封入抗生素糊剂,B组封入Vitapex糊剂,C组封入氢氧化钙糊剂,D组封入樟脑酚棉球,10 d后复诊,对4种根管消毒药物缓解乳牙根尖周炎临床症状的效果进行评价。结果 10 d后抗生素糊剂组的脓肿消除效果优于其他3组(P=0.005),Vitapex组与氢氧化钙组效果,均优于樟脑酚组(P<0.05)。抗生素糊剂组术后24 h内疼痛发生率低于Vitapex组(P=0.014)和氢氧化钙组(P=0.045)。10 d后疼痛的比例各组之间无统计学差异。结论抗生素糊剂能够有效缓解乳牙根尖周炎的临床症状。Objective To compare the effects of four root canal disinfectants alleviating clinical symptoms of periapical periodontitis of primary molar teeth. Methods 160 primary molar teeth with apical periodontitis were randomly divided into four groups. All the teeth were opened and prepared conventionally and then ultrasonic irrigation was used. Antibiotic paste was given in group A,vitapex paste was given in group B,calcium hydroxide paste in group C and cotton ball of camphor phend in group D for root canal disinfection.The effects were observed ten days after medication placement. Results The cure rate of abscess after 10 days had a significant difference between antibiotic paste and the other three groups（ P = 0.005）,vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide were similarity（ P = 0.284）,but camphor phend showed poor effect（ P = 0.026）. Antibiotic paste was similar to camphor phend（ P = 0.499） in incidence of postoperation pain within 24 hours,but better than vitapex paste（ P = 0.014） and calcium hydroxide（ P = 0.045）. There were no significant differences among all the groups in percussion pain（ P = 0.417）. Conclusion Antibiotic paste can alleviate clinical symptoms of periapical periodontitis of primary molar teeth effectively.
