工程教育认证背景下毕业设计分段对接模式改革的创新实践——以闽台合作办学为借鉴

摘　　要：在工程教育认证背景下总结传统的人才培养模式存在的问题及不足,有效融合闽台两地优势教育资源,以专业认证的理念和标准为导向,借鉴台湾地区科技类院校人才培养模式的先进经验,创新性地实施分段对接的毕业设计模式设计。通过制定科学的评价标准和体系,构建完善的监控机制和反馈机制,在提升学生工程技术应用能力方面取得了较好的效果。Under the background of engineering education certification, the problems and shortcomings of the traditional personnel training model are summarized, the advantages of the education resources between Fujian and Taiwan are effectively integrated, the concept and standard of professional certification are used as guidance, and the advanced model of talent cultivation in Taiwan＇s technology institutions is used for reference, and the segmented docking graduation project pattern is innovatively implemented. Through the establishment of scientific evaluation standards, and the construction of a sound monitoring and feedback mechanism, it has achieved good results in improving students＇ engineering capabilities.
