摘  要:以Web of Science(Wo S)数据库中1997—2016年的组织学习文献为基础,运用Cite Space软件进行可视化分析。研究发现:组织学习内涵集中体现为三要素,组织学习有四条研究途径、三类研究视角;组织学习研究前沿包括组织学习与技术管理的结合,尤其是信息技术(ICT)的结合,组织学习过程的重构以及对组织能力提升、绩效的改善,组织学习新的研究方法、新视角;组织学习的研究热点除了传统的研究方向如创新、绩效、适应性与双元能力等方面,网络、组织文化与信任、国际化、中小企业同样成为研究的热点。Based on the organizational learning literature from 1997 to 2016 in Web of Science (WoS) database, this paper uses CiteSpace software to visualize the analysis. It is found that, the connotation of organizational learning is embodied in three factors, organizational learning has four research approaches and three research perspectives; the research frontier of organizational learning includes the combination of organizational learning and technology management, especially the combination of information technology (ICT), the reconstruction of organizational learning process, the improvement of organizational ability, the improvement of performance, the new research method of organizational learning and the new perspective; in addition to the traditional research directions such as innovation, performance, adaptability and duality, network, organizational culture and trust, internationalization, small and medium-sized enterprises and other key words have also become the focus of the research.
