摘　　要：目的 观察自体脂肪颗粒移植术（autologous fat transfer,AFT）治疗外伤后眼球后退和眼眶凹陷的效果.方法 对9例（9眼）外伤后眼球后退和眼眶凹陷实施AFT.抽取腹部（或大腿）脂肪并离心和纯化后,行球周和球后注射填充.结果 随访8-24个月,9例术后眼球后退和眼眶凹陷均明显改善,无视力下降、眼球运动受限或脂肪栓塞等并发症发生.结论 AFT来源丰富、手术微创、术后无瘢痕,是治疗外伤性眼球后退和眼眶凹陷安全而有效的方法.Objective To observe the efficacy of autologous fat transfer （AFT） for the treatment of the retraction of globe and orbital depression after trauma.Methods Nine eyes of 9 patients with the retraction of globe and orbital depression after trauma underwent AFT.The fat was harvested from abdomen or inner thighs.After centrifugation and purification the fat was injected into the peribulbar,retrobulbar and periorbital areas.Results The followed-up time was 8-24 months.The retraction of globe and orbital depression of 9 patients were significantly improved.No vision loss,eye movement limitation or fat embolism occurred.Conclusion AFT is an effective alternative surgery to treat the retraction of globe and orbital depression with minimal invasion and injury after trauma.
