眼球开放伤伴重度眼前后段紊乱的无光感眼的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的 分析伴重度眼前后段紊乱的无光感外伤眼的手术处理方法与效果.方法 回顾性研究玻璃体视网膜手术治疗伴有重度眼前后段紊乱的无光感外伤眼15例（15眼）的临床资料,15眼均行标准的三通道玻璃体切除术,处理严重眼前段紊乱后行闭合式玻璃体切除手术处理复杂的眼后段损伤,术后随访6-24个月,观察视力恢复与并发症情况.结果 10眼（66.47％）视力恢复光感或光感以上,3眼（20.00％）视力0.02以上,2眼（13.33％）眼球萎缩.结论 对伴有重度眼前后段紊乱的重度眼外伤无光感眼,应细致妥善地处理好眼前段紊乱及后段损伤,尽量挽救视功能.Objective To analyze the treatment principles and efficacy of traumatic no-light perception eye with severe anterior and posterior segment disorder.Methods The data of 15 eyes of 15 patients with traumatic no-light perception and severe anterior and posterior segment disorder were analyzed retrospectively.All cases received standard three channel vitretomy after meticulous treatment of the severe anterior segment disorder.The follow-up time was 6-24 months,the postoperative visual recovery and complications were observed.Results The visual acuity recovered light perception or better in 10 eyes （66.47%）,≥0.02 in 3 eyes（20.00%）.Eyeball atrophy happened in 2 eyes（13.33%）.Conclusion It is helpful to deal with serious traumatic anterior segment carefully in traumatic no-light perception eye with severe posterior segment disorder to save the ocular visual function.
