摘　　要：目的 观察雷珠单抗玻璃体内注射联合EX-press青光眼引流钉植入及广泛视网膜光凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果.方法 对2015年1月至2016年5月新生血管性青光眼38例（38眼）的临床资料进行回顾性研究.患者均接受雷珠单抗玻璃体内注射,待虹膜表面新生血管消退后3-5d行EX-press青光眼引流钉植入术,植入术后5-7d行间接检眼镜下广泛视网膜光凝术.结果 术后随访1年,眼压在10- 15 mmHg（1 mmHg =0.133 kPa）者9例;眼压在16 - 21 mmHg者29例,其中有4例术后联合美开朗滴眼液.结论 雷珠单抗玻璃体内注射、EX-press青光眼引流钉植入联合广泛视网膜光凝术是治疗新生血管性青光眼的一种安全有效的方法.Objective To observe the efficacy of intravitreal injection of Lucentis,excessive pressure regulation system （EX-press）implantation and panretinal photocoagulation for neovascular glaucoma （NVG）.Methods The data of 38 eyes of 38 cases with NVG from Jan.2015 to May 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.Intravitreal injection of Lucentis was performed for all cases at first.EX-press implantation was performed 3-5 days after new vessels of iris disappeared.All cases received panretinal photocoagulation under indirect ophthalmoscope 5-7 days after EX-press implantation.The BCVA and IOP were observed and recorded.Results After 1 year of follow-up,IOP within 10-15 mmHg was in 9 cases and within 16-21 mmHg was in 29 cases （1 mmHg =0.133 kPa）.Among 29 cases,4 cases combined with Carteolol hydrochloride eye drops.Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Lucentis,EX-press implantation,combined with panretinal photocoagulation is a safe and effective method for NVG.
