摘　　要：目的 观察手机内窥镜辅助的泪道插管术效果.方法 对2016年1月至2017年8月因泪道阻塞需行泪道插管的35例（40眼）进行手机内窥镜辅助下泪道插管术.患者在局部浸润麻醉下,使用硅胶泪道支撑管做泪道插管,用手机内窥镜检查鼻腔,并在手机内窥镜引导下经鼻腔勾出支撑管.结果 所有患者均顺利检查了鼻腔前庭的一般情况,其中28眼（70.0％）在手机内窥镜下探查到位于下鼻道的支撑管,经手机屏幕引导下勾出支撑管.结论 手机内窥镜辅助泪道插管手术,在检查鼻腔及勾出泪道支撑管等方面具有安全、无创、便携,经济等优点.Objective To observe the efficacy of lacrimal duct intubation under mobile phone endoscope.Methods Forty eyes of 35 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction from Jan.2016 to Aug.2017 underwent lacrimal duct intubation under mobile phone endoscope.All patients were local infiltration anesthesia.Silicone stents were inserted into lacrimal duct.In the inferior nasal meatus,metal heads of silicone stents were seen and hooked under mobile phone endoscope.Results By the way heads of silicone stents were found quickly and pulled out under mobile phone endoscope in the nose of 28 eyes （70.0%）.Conclusion Lacrimal duct intubation under mobile phone endoscope is a safe,noninvasive,portable and economical method.
