摘　　要：目的 分析睑部恶性肿瘤切除后眼睑重建手术方法与策略.方法 对34例上下睑大小在2-18 mm的恶性肿瘤切除后眼睑皮肤修补手术不同方法进行分类分析总结,研究不同手术策略在不同类型眼睑缺损部位的应用.结果 34例术后均恢复良好,病理结果显示切缘全部为阴性,术后随访36个月,供区瘢痕不明显,眼睑外观正常、闭合功能良好.结论 根据肿瘤浸润深度、与睑板关系和周围皮肤浸润范围确定手术切除方式与大小.围手术期通过术前对肿瘤及周围组织的评估,进行手术决策.重建过程中以保护眼睑功能为基础,修复缺损部位,后续手术创造良好环境.Objective To analyze the methods and strategy of eyelid reconstruction after resection of malignant tumor in eyelid.Methods The data of 34 cases of tumor resection with malignant tumor in upper and lower eyelid of which size is 2-18 mm was classified and analyzed by different methods of eyelid reconstruction.The application on different surgical strategies in different types of eyelid defect was studied.Results Thirty-four cases were recovered well after operation,and the pathological results showed that all the cutting edges were negative.The follow-up time was 36 months.The scar in operation area wasn＇t obvious,the appearance of eyelid was normal,and the closure function was well.Conclusion According to the depth of tumor invasion,the relationship with the palpebral tarsus,the scope to the surrounding skin infiltration,determine the way and size of surgical excision.In the perioperative period,the preoperative evaluation of the tumor and surrounding tissues is carried out,the operation decision is made.The process of reconstruction is based on protecting the function of eyelids,repairing defects and restoring normal appearance in order.
