AQP3在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的差异表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察水通道蛋白3(AQP3)在人膀胱尿路上皮癌不同病理分期间的表达差异,探讨其对膀胱恶性肿瘤治疗的价值。方法运用免疫组织化学方法检测70例不同病理分期膀胱尿路上皮癌组织(NMIBC:Ta期28例,T1期16例;MIBC:T2期17例,T3期9例)及20例正常膀胱组织中AQP3的表达及分布情况。结果AQP3在正常膀胱组织及尿路上皮癌组织中均有分布。AQP3在癌组织中的表达强度高于正常膀胱组织,在MIBC中的表达高于NMIBC,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AQP3的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌的病理分期有关,对预测膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生及肿瘤侵袭性具有较高的临床价值。Objective To observe the differential expressions of aquaporin 3（ AQP3） in different pathological stages of human bladder urothelial carcinoma,and to explore the value of the expression of aquaporin in the treatment of bladder cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression and distribution of AQP3 in 70 cases of different pathological stages of bladder cancer（ NMIBC： Ta stage 28 cases,T1 stage 16 cases,MIBC： T2 stage 17 cases,T3 stage 9 cases） and 20 cases of normal bladder tissue,respectively. Results AQP3 was distributed in normal bladder tissue and urothelial carcinoma. The expression of AQP3 in cancer tissues was higher than that of normal bladder tissue,and the expression in MIBC was higher than that of NMIBC,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of AQP3 is related to the pathological stage of bladder urothelial carcinoma. Its expression is of high clinical value in predicting the occurrence and invasiveness of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
