玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法 46例视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者均采用玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合激光光凝进行治疗,比较治疗前后患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、中央视网膜厚度(CRT)。结果治疗前,患眼平均BCVA为0.59±0.18、平均CRT为(480.5±152.2)μm;治疗后1年,患眼平均BCVA为0.37±0.13、平均CRT为(322.4±101.1)μm;治疗前及治疗后1年,患眼的平均BCVA,CRT比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间,所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论应用玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿安全有效,能够明显提高患者的视力情况,减轻黄斑水肿症状,无明显并发症发生。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of secondary macular oedema in retinal vein occlusion. Methods Totally 46 patients with secondary macular oedema in retinal vein occlusion all received triamcinolone acetonide through intravitreal injection combined with laser photocoagulation for treatment. Comparison was made on best corrected visual acuity（ BCVA） and central retinal thickness（ CRT） in patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,the average BCVA and CRT were 0. 59 ± 0. 18 and（ 480. 5 ± 152. 2） μm,respectively,and the average BCVA and CRT were 0. 37 ± 0. 13 and（ 322. 4 ± 101. 1） μm one year after treatment. The difference of mean BCVA and CRT had statistical significance in patients before and in 1 year after treatment（ P〈0. 01）. There was no severe complication in patients during treatment. Conclusion Implement of triamcinolone acetonide through intravitreal injection combined with laser photocoagulation is safe and effective in treating secondary macular oedema in retinal vein occlusion. This method can remarkably improve vision and relieve macular oedema symptom in patients,without any obvious complication.
