Application of iris localization technique in inferior oblique muscle surgery

摘  要:目的通过虹膜定位技术测量下斜肌减弱术前术后眼球旋转度,为斜视手术测量提供新方法。方法选取2014年~2016年在我院确诊为单眼上斜肌麻痹患者共32例(男18例,女14例),第一眼位垂直斜视度≤20°,无其它垂直肌肉异常。由同一名大夫给予行麻痹眼相对应的下斜肌减弱手术,记录术前、术后眼球旋转度。应用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果右眼麻痹眼的眼球旋转度术前为-16.83°±6.39°,术后1d为-5.73°±1.98°;左眼麻痹眼术前为14.92°±4.51°,术后1d为6.68°±2.86°。术前术后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论虹膜定位技术可为斜视矫正引发的眼球旋转测量提供精确、定量的检查数据。Objective To provide a new measurement standard of strabismus surgery by measuring ocular rotation using iris localization technique. Methods From 2014 to 2016,32 patients( 18 males and 14 females) with unilateral superior oblique palsy were selected. The first vertical angle of strabismus≤20°,no other vertical muscle abnormalities. The operation of inferior oblique muscle weakening corresponding to palsy eye was performed by the same doctor,and the degree of ocular rotation was recorded before and after operation. The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 statistical software. P〈0. 05 was statistically significant. Results The ocular rotation of paralytic eyes in right eye was -16. 83° ± 6. 39°,and-5. 73° ± 1. 98° one day after opertation,the ocular rotation of paralytic eyes in left eye was 14. 92° ± 4. 51°,and 6. 68° ± 2. 86°one day after operation. There was a significant difference between preoperative and postoperative one day after operation with single inferior oblique muscle resection and partial myomectomy( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Iris localization technique can provide accurate and quantitative examination data for the measurement of eyeball rotation caused by strabismus correction.
