摘　　要：目的探讨Glifeet检查餐在肠道检查前准备中应用的效果及安全性。方法采用单盲、随机、对照试验方法将76例行电子结肠镜检查的患者分为两组。常规组于术前1d进食无渣米粥(常规组38例),Glifeet检查餐组于术前1d进食Glifeet检查餐3包(检查餐组38例),两组患者于检查前1d晚8点口服蓖麻油30ml,检查当天早8点口服复方聚乙二醇电解质水溶液2L,对两组患者的术前不适程度、腹痛反应程度、检查时间、肠道清洁程度、病变检出率5个方面进行观察研究。结果检查餐组术前不适程度较常规组低(P=0.036),腹痛反应程度两组无统计学意义(P=0.579),检查时间两组无统计学意义(P=0.744),波士顿肠道准备评分标准检查餐组总分略优于常规组,但两者无意义(P=0.19),右半结肠评分检查餐组优于常规组(P=0.002),病变检出率两者无统计学意义(P=1)。结论电子结肠镜检查前1d进食Glifeet检查餐可减轻患者术前不适,改善右半结肠肠道清洁度。Objective To explore the effect and safety of the Glifeet examination for the preparation of the meal before the bowel examination. Methods Seventy-six patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy were divided into two groups using a single blind,randomized,controlled trial. The normal group ate rice porridge without residue 1 day before operation（38 cases in the routine group）,Glifeet meal group took 3 packs of Glifeet meal 1 day before operation（38 cases of meal group）,the patients in the two groups were given castor oil 30 ml at 8 pm on the first day of examination,and 2 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution at 8 o＇clock in the morning of the day. The patients in the two groups were treated with preoperative discomfort,abdominal pain reaction,examination time and intestinal cleanliness.The detection rate of pathological changes was observed and studied in 5 aspects. Results Check meal group preoperative discomfort was lower than those of normal group（P = 0. 036）,and abdominal pain reaction degree of two groups had no statistical significance（P = 0. 579）,check time in the two groups had no statistical significance（P = 0. 744）,Boston criteria for intestinal preparation examination meal group total scor was slightly better than the conventional group,but had no statistical significance（P = 0. 19）,both right-side colon score check meal group was superior to the conventional group（P = 0. 002）,the lesion detection rate both had no statistical significance（P = 1）. Conclusion Eating Glifeet meal 1 day before colonoscopy can reduce the preoperative discomfort and improve the cleanliness of the right colon.
