氢溴酸东莨菪碱、链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油应用于胃镜检查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氢溴酸东莨菪碱、链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油在胃镜检查中的效果。方法将接受胃镜检查的150例患者随机分为实验组A、实验组B及对照组,实验组A为胃镜检查前10min口服10ml利多卡因胶浆,检查前5min给予氢溴酸东莨菪碱(0.3mg∶1ml)肌注,实验组B为胃镜检查前20min口服50ml链霉蛋白酶溶液+8ml西甲硅油,检查前10min口服10ml利多卡因胶浆,对照组为胃镜检查前10min口服10ml利多卡因胶浆。观察3组病人的病人不适程度、胃镜检查时间、视野清晰度及疾病检出率。结果实验组A与对照组比较,病人的不适程度明显减轻(P<0.017),检查时间缩短(P<0.05);实验组B与对照组比较,视野清晰度增高(P<0.017),检查时间缩短(P<0.05),微小病灶检出率提高(P<0.017)。结论氢溴酸东莨菪碱、链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油在胃镜检查中的应用效果显著,可作为胃镜检查前准备推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of scopolamine hydrobromide and pronase combined with simethicone in gastroscopy examination. Methods One hundred and fifty patients were randomly divided into experimental group A,experimental group B and control group. Fifty patients in experimental group A were given lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage 10 ml orally and scopolamine hydrobromide（0. 3 mg∶ 1 ml） Intramuscularly before gastroscopy examination,50 patients in experimental group B received the solution of pronase 50 ml plus simethicone 8 ml orally and lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage 10 ml orally before gastroscopy examination. The control group received lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage 10 ml orally before gastroscopy examination. The discomfort of the patients,the time of examination,the visual clarity and the detection rate of the disease were observed. Results The degree of discomfort in experimental group A was significantly reduced（P 〈0. 017）. The examination time in experimental group A and B was shortened（P〉 0.05）. The visual acuity in experimental group B was higher（P 〉0. 017）,the detection rate of micro lesions was improved（P〈0. 017）. Conclusion The effect of the application of Scopolamine hydrobromide and pronase combined with simethicone in gastroscopy examination is significant. Scopolamine hydrobromide and pronase combined with simethicone can be widely used to the preparation of gastroscopy examination.
