摘  要:目的 探讨颈动脉超声检查在慢性颈内动脉闭塞性病变诊疗中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2014年11月至2017年6月河南省人民医院神经介入科收治的45例慢性颈内动脉闭塞患者的超声及临床资料.结果 颈动脉超声检查对颈内动脉颈段的闭塞有直接的诊断和鉴别诊断价值,也可通过分析颈动脉颅外段结构、血流动力学参数及频谱形态的改变对颅内段颈内动脉闭塞作出初步的定位诊断,并指导临床选择治疗方案.结论 颈动脉超声检查是慢性颈内动脉闭塞的首选初筛检查方法,可提供初步的定位及定性诊断,可帮助临床选择治疗方案,有较高的临床应用价值.Objective To investigate the application value of carotid uhrasonography in diagnosis and treatment for chronic internal carotid artery occlusive disease. Methods The uhrasonographic and clinical data of 45 patients with chronic internal carotid artery occlusion admitted to Neurointerven- tional Department of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from November 2014 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Carotid ultrasonography has direct and differential diagnostic value for the occlusion of the internal carotid artery. It is accessible to make preliminary diagnosis of the intracranial segment of the internal carotid artery occlusion and guide the clinical selection by analyzing the changes in the structure of the extracranial segment of the carotid artery, the hemodynamic parameters and frequency spectrum. Conclusions Carotid uhrasonography is the first choice for diagnosis of chronic internal carotid artery occlusion. It can provide preliminary location and qualitative diagnosis, which can help to choose clinical treatment plan and has high clinical application value.
