温肾健脾、化气行水法对慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾阳虚证患者肾脏纤维化相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温肾健脾、化气行水法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾阳虚证患者肾脏纤维化相关指标的变化情况。方法将2013年3月-2014年3月我院肾内科门诊就诊的60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各30例。观察组口服温肾化气丸进行治疗,对照组口服济生肾气丸进行治疗,观察2组的临床疗效,同时对比观察2组尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮的变化情况。结果治疗后观察组和对照组水肿、腰膝酸软、畏寒肢冷和神疲乏力等症状积分均得到明显的改善,β2-MG、hs-CPR、Scr和UA等肾功能指标和Cys C、TIMP-1、TGF-β1、CⅢ等肾脏纤维化指标均明显降低,观察组改善情况更优,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肾健脾、化气行水疗法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎脾肾阳虚证患者能够有效的缓解患者症状,降低中医证候积分、肾功能指标和肾脏纤维化等指标的水平,效果显著,可推广使用。Objective To investigate the changes of serum fibrosis markers in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency treated withwarming kidney and invigorating spleen, warming yang qito promote diuresis. Methods Sixty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in the department of nephrology of Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each. The study group was given Wenshu huaqi pill. The patients in the control group were given oral Jisheng Shenqi pill. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The changes of urinary protein, creatinine and urea nitrogen were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of symptoms such as edema, weakness of the waist and knees, cold climbs and aversion to cold, fatigued spirit and lack of strength were significantly improved in the study group and the control group. The renal function indexes such as β2-MG, hsCPR, Scr and UA, and Cys C, TIMP-1, TGF-β1, CⅢ and other renal fibrosis indexes were significantly lower, the improvement of the study group was better, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Warming kidney and invigorating spleen, warming yang qi to promote diuresiscan effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and reduce the symptom scores of TCM syndromes, renal function indexes and renal fibrosis, the effect is significant, can promote the use.
