摘  要:本研究旨在从护理管理者的角度出发,理清关键影响护士职业环境的指标,从职业暴露、分层管理+双向选择、工作-家庭冲突,工作倦怠、心理资本、共情、医护合作水平、工作投入等因素来提升护士感知的职业获益感,为医院稳定护士职业队伍,输出优质护理人才,提高护士工作积极性,提供可靠依据。The purpose of this study is to proceed from the angle of nursing management, clarify the key effect of nurse occupation environment index, from the occupation exposure, hierarchical management + two-way selection, work family conflict, job burnout, psychological capital, empathy, medical cooperation level, job involvement and other factors to improve nurses' perception of occupation benefit rise, as the occupation team stable output quality of the nurses in the hospital, nursing personnel, improve the working enthusiasm of nurses, and provide a reliable evidence.
