摘　　要：人类绝大部分基因可发生转录,约98%的产物为非编码RNA(ncRNA)。ncRNA参与调控基因转录、RNA成熟和蛋白质翻译,在机体生长发育与新陈代谢过程中发挥重要作用。现研究发现,ncRNA与卵泡生长发育、精子生成、胚胎植入等密切相关。本文总结近五年ncRNA在生殖领域的相关研究行以下综述。The vast majority of human genes can be transcribed,and about 98% of the products are non-coding RNAs（ncRNAs）. ncRNA is involved in the regulation of gene transcription,RNA maturation and protein translation,and plays an important role in the process of body growth and metabolism. The present study found that,ncRNA and follicular growth and development,sperm production,embryo implantation and other closely related. This article summarizes the past five years ncRNA in the field of reproductive research related to the following line.
