摘 要:明清南京私家园林建设空前繁盛,但关于基址规模的史料记载几乎处于空白的状态,故而选取明清南京城中私家园林集中分布且具有代表性和典型性的杏花村一带作为园林基址规模的研究对象,并记录其私家园林有关信息,然后根据道路肌理所围成的形状以复原式的视角对25座私家园林的轮廓边界进行确定,进而测量基址规模。研究发现私家园林平均基址规模为1.47 hm^2,此外,由于城市用地的紧张等因素使小于1 hm^2的园林规模成为明清时期的主要发展趋势。The prosperity of construction of private gardens in Nanjing in Ming and Qing dynasties was unprecedented. However, there are low concern with gardens of Nanjing in Garden History study for its less garden remains. Moreover, the historical records of the scale of private gardens are almost blank. Therefore, it selects the area of Xinghua Village which was representative and typical as the object of the study. The written information about private gardens will be recorded, and the pictures of real scenes, historical maps and aerial photos will be verified. Then, the contour boundary of 25 private gardens will be determined from the perspective of restoration according to the shape enclosed by the road texture, and the scale of the base site will be measured out. The average scale of private gardens is 14,700 square meters. In addition, due to the shortage of urban land use, the scale less than 10,000 square meters became the main development trend.
