摘  要:目的 探讨专本贯通护生参与"4+1"床旁教学模式的体验.方法 采用目的抽样法,于2017年1—6月选择在某三级甲等医院的实习护生18名为研究对象.采用质性研究中的现象学方法进行资料分析.结果 共提炼出3个主题:"4+1"床旁教学模式能够帮助护生树立正确的专科护理理念;"4+1"床旁教学模式能够促进护生专业能力的提高;"4+1"床旁教学模式给师生提出了挑战.结论 "4+1"床旁教学模式较好地满足了专本贯通护理人才的培养需求,能够促进教学质量的提高.Objective To explore the experience of college and undergraduate nursing students participating in "4+1" bedside teaching. Methods Totally 18 nursing students from a Class m Grade A hospital were selected between January and June 2017 by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed with the phenomenological method in qualitative studies. Results Totally three topics were refined: "4+1" bedside teaching could equip nursing students with correct specialized nursing concepts; "4+1" bedside teaching could enhance the skills of nursing students; and "4+1" bedside teaching posed a challenge to nursing teachers and students. Conclusions The "4+1" bedside teaching model satisfies the demand for training college and undergraduate nursing talents and improves the quality of teaching.
