摘 要:目的 探讨疼痛管理培训对低年资护士疼痛认知的干预效果.方法 选择浙江衢化医院2015年1月—2016年12月符合纳入标准的低年资护士140名作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为培训组和对照组,每组70名.对照组护士只进行临床实践;培训组护士在进行临床实践的基础上进行疼痛管理培训.比较两组护士培训前后疼痛知识和态度问卷评分、培训后护士应用评估工具情况和患者止痛效果满意度情况.结果 干预前,两组护士疼痛知识和态度问卷各维度得分及总分比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);干预后,培训组护士疼痛知识和态度问卷各维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.001).干预后,培训组护士应用评估工具正确率、患者止痛效果满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 疼痛管理培训可提高低年资护士的疼痛认知和疼痛评估工具的正确应用率,并提高患者止痛效果满意度.Objective To explore the effects of pain management training on the perception of pain among nurses with entrance level. Methods A total of 140 nurses with entrance level who met the criteria were selected for the study in Zhejiang Quhua Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. All subjects were randomly divided into training group and control group according to the random number method with 70 in each group. The nurses in the control group only carried out clinical practice. The training group nurses received pain management training on the basis of clinical practice. The scores of pain knowledge and attitude questionnaire before and after the training of nurses, the application of evaluation tools of nurses and the satisfaction of patients' analgesic effect were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the score of each dimension of pain knowledge and attitude questionnaire and the total score between the training group and the control group (P 〉 0.05). After intervention, the score of each dimension of pain knowledge and attitude questionnaire and the total score of the training group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P〈 0.001). In addition, after intervention, the accuracy of the applying assessment tool and patients' analgesic satisfaction rate in the training group were both higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Pain management training can improve the pain perception of the nurses with entrance level, improve the correct application of pain assessment tools, and improve patient satisfaction with pain.
