车间员工手机使用现状及影响因子研究

摘　　要：随着电子科技的快速发展,手机在人们生活和交流中起着越来越重要的作用,但因不恰当场合使用手机而导致的问题也越来越突出。为提升企业安全管理水平,预控生产中员工因使用手机而导致不安全行为,需研究员工工作期间使用手机的现状、程度及影响因子。通过分层抽样和方便取样法对某中外合资企业员工和管理者进行问卷调查,研究了员工手机使用现状、动机,探讨了手机使用特点,并分析了手机使用与各因素间的相关性。结果表明,员工工作期间使用手机的现象很普遍;手机使用与手机类型、年龄的关系显著;与性别、文化程度、婚姻状况关系不显著;使用手机的动机强度依次为接打电话、看时间、接发信息、娱乐、工作交流;管理者与员工就工作期间使用手机的安全性在认识上有一定差异,管理者的安全意识强于员工。在车间适当位置增加时钟、安插禁止使用手机的安全警示牌、加强安全教育等措施对抑制员工使用手机有较好的效果。The present paper is aimed at making an observation and trace investigation of the current status-in-situ and influential factors of mobile phone use by the shop workers during the working hours. In accordance with a questionnaire survey conducted by us among the employees and managers in a Sino-foreign joint venture through a hierarchical convenient sampling,including the data and information collected among the employees,what we have found is including the frequency of cell phone use,motivations,the influential factors,attitudes towards the mobile phone applicaiton during the working hours,etc. At the same time,profound discussions have been organized on the current situation and motivation of mobile phone usage,with the characteristic features of mobile phone application analyzeded by using the Pearson correlation of mobile phone use variables. The results of the given study show that,the current situaiton of mobile phones use during the working hours should be taken as a universal and popular social scenario. The time and fluency of the mobile phone use is closely related to the type of mobile phones and the age groups of staff members,whereas little correlation has been noticed with the difference of the gender,cultural level and marital status. The motivation intensity of the mobile phone application is to answer the phone,to watch the time,to receive the various sorts of social and personal information,to entertain and/or communicate with friends or partners in return. What is more,there may exist a great difference in the use of such devices among the managers and ordinary employees in the safety awareness of mobile phone role during the working hours,with the managers stronger than employees. There are some measures to reduce the frequency of mobile phone use during the working hours,such as installing clocks at the right positions in the workshop,laying out a safety warning board,strengthening the safety education and some other measures,which may help to produce a better effect on inhibiting the mobile
