房角分离联合前房冲洗治疗硅油充填后继发青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察房角分离联合前房冲洗术治疗硅油充填后继发性青光眼的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2014年9月至2016年7月收治的硅油充填后继发青光眼患者60例63只眼,予硅油取出术,术中一并实施房角分离联合前房冲洗术,观察疗效.结果 60例63只眼硅油充填后继发青光眼患者术后眼压得到有效控制,长期随访无视神经及视野损害,无角膜内皮失代偿及白内障发生.结论 房角分离联合前房冲洗术治疗硅油充填后继发性青光眼具有操作方便、眼部损伤小、安全性高等特点,取得了较好的疗效,值得推广.Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of debridement of scleral combined anterior chamber washout for secondary glaucoma after silicone oil tamponade.Methods A retrospective analysis of the secondary glaucoma after silicone oil tamponade of 60 cases （63 eyeys） from 2014 September to 2016 July;treated with removal of silicone oil and debridement of scleral combined anterior chamber washout,the therapeutic effect was observed.Results Sixty （63 eyes） of secondary glaucoma after silicone oil tamponade was effectively controlled,Long term follow up of the nerve and visual field damage,no corneal endothelial decompensation and cataract occurred.Conclusions Debridement of scleral combined anterior chamber washout for secondary glaucoma after silicone oil tamponade has the advantages of convenient operation,small eye injury,high safety,and has achieved good curative effect,it is worth promoting.
