急性胆源性胰腺炎急诊内镜治疗的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性胆源性胰腺炎急诊内镜治疗的临床价值。方法 100例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者,根据入院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予保守治疗,研究组在保守治疗基础上给予急诊内镜治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者的体温恢复时间、疼痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者住院时间为(14.80±3.29)d,对照组患者住院时间为(21.90±5.61)d,研究组患者住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.720,P=0.000<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率6%(3/50)低于对照组的20%(10/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊内镜治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical value of emergency endoscopic treatment for acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were divided into research group and control group according to the order of admission, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conservative treatment. The research group was given emergency endoscopic treatment on the basis of conservative treatment. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of body temperature, the time of pain relief, the time of blood amylase return to normal in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The length of stay in the research group was（14.80±3.29） d, which was significantly shorter than（21.90±5.61） d in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（t=7.720, P=0.0000.05）. The rate of complications in the research group was 6%（3/50）, which was significantly lower than 20%（10/50） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of emergency endoscopic treatment for acute biliary pancreatitis is high.
