抑郁患者完美主义与自尊水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析抑郁患者完美主义与自尊水平的相关性。方法选取66例抑郁症患者及66例健康体检者,均进行自尊与完美主义测评。比较两组研究对象自尊量表(SES)、内隐联想测验(IAT)、中文frost完美主义量表(CFMPS)评分。结果观察组SES评分低于对照组,IAT评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组行动疑虑(DA)与担心错误(CM)评分高于对照组,父母期望(PE)评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。对照组SES评分、IAT评分与完美主义之间均无相关性(P>0.05)。低评分组患者SES评分与DA评分、CM评分呈负相关[(r=-0.322,P<0.05)、(r=-0.330,P<0.05)];高评分组SES评分与DA评分、CM评分呈显著负相关[(r=-0.504,P<0.01)、(r=-0.489,P<0.01)]。低评分组IAT评分与PE呈明显负相关(r=-0.358,P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者消极完美主义与自尊水平呈明显负相关,当发现抑郁症患者有完美主义追求倾向,应积极对其进行心理干预以引导其自我认知及自我评价,提高其自尊水平。Objective To analyze the correlation between perfectionism and self-esteem in depressed patients. Methods 66 patients with depression and 66 healthy subjects were selected,the self-esteem and perfectionism of the two groups were evaluated. The score of self-esteem scale,the score of implicit association test,the score of Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale were compared between the two groups. Results The SES score of observation group was lower than control group,and the IAT score was higher than control group（all P〈0.05）. The DA scores and CM scores in observation group were higher than control group,and the PE score was lower than control group（all P〈0.05）. There were no correlation between SES score,IAT score and the perfectionism in control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of SES in low score group were negatively correlated with DA score and CM score[（r=-0.322,P〈0.05）,（r=-0.330,P〈0.05）]. There was a significant negative correlation between the SES score in high score group with the DA score and the CM score [（r=-0.504,P〈0.01）,（r=-0.489,P〈0.01）]. There was a significant negative correlation between IAT score and the dimension of PE in low score group and（r=-0.358,P〈0.05）. ConclusionThere was a significant negative correlation between negative perfectionism and the level of self-esteem in depressive patients. Psychological intervention should actively engaged to guide their self-awareness and self-evaluation to improve their self-esteem level when patients with depression have a tendency to perfectionism
