黛力新与芬太尼透皮贴剂联用对原发性肝癌患者焦虑及抑郁心理的影响

摘　　要：目的旨在探讨黛力新与芬太尼透皮贴剂联用对原发性肝癌患者焦虑及抑郁心理的影响作用。方法选取本院于2015年1月~2016年12月收治120例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,数字随机表法将患者分为黛力新组40例、芬太尼组40例和联用组40例,黛力新组单独使用黛力新,芬太尼组单独使用芬太尼透皮贴剂,联用组同时使用两种药物。分别于治疗前后评估两组患者癌痛分级、焦虑及抑郁评分和生存质量评分。结果治疗前,3组患者治疗前癌痛分级、焦虑及抑郁评分和生存质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均得到显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,联用组患者癌痛分级、焦虑及抑郁评分和生存质量评分均显著低于芬太尼组和黛力新组患者(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者接受黛力新和芬太尼透皮贴联用治疗,较两种药物单独使用更有效缓解其癌痛,改善其焦虑及抑郁心理,提升其生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of combinedly using deanxit and fentany rransdermal system to primary liver cancer patients＇ anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 120 cases of primary liver cancer patients was selected as the research objectin in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,and divided into 40 cases of Deanxit group,40 cases of fentanyl group 40 cases and combined group 40 cases randomly,The Deanxi group was only treated by deanxi the fentanyl group was only treated by dentany transdermal system,and the combined group was treated by such two methods. Before and after treatment,the scores of cancer pain,anxiety,depression and quality of life were evaluated in the three groups. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference among three groups in the cancer pain,anxiety and depression scores and quality of life（P〈0.05）,and were all significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of grading of cancer pain,anxiety,depression and quality of life in combined group were significantly lower than those in deanxi group and fentanyl group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Deanxit combined with transdermal fentanyl can effectively relieve cancer pain in patients with primary liver cancer,improve their anxiety,depression and quality of life.
