摘　　要：目的探讨计算机认知矫正治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能和病耻感的影响。方法随机数字法将89例慢性精神分裂症患者分为观察组(给予计算机认知矫正治疗及其护理干预)与对照组(采取常规工娱治疗),均干预12周,比较两组治疗前后认知功能及病耻感变化情况。结果两组治疗后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)各项因子评分、总分,威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)中持续错误数,病耻感中治疗因子、能力因子评分及总分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阴性症状评分、持续错误数、总应答数、社交因子、能力因子评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比常规工娱治疗相比,计算机认知矫正治疗及其护理干预能更好的改善慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能,减轻患者病耻感。Objective To explore the effect of computerized cognitive remediation therapy on cognitive function and stigma in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Total 89 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into the observation group（given computerized cognitive remediation therapy and nursing intervention）and the control group（given routine recreational treatment）by random number method. Both groups received 12 weeks of intervention. Changes of cognitive function and stigma before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,scores of positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS）and the total score,number of continuous errors in Wisconsin Card Sorting Test（WCST）,treatment factors of stigma,ability factor score and total score were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,scores of negative symptoms,number of continuous errors,number of total responses,social factors,ability factors and total score were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with routine recreational treatment,computerized cognitive remediation therapy and nursing intervention can improve the cognitive function in patients with chronic schizophrenia,and significantly reduce the stigma of patients.
